By downloading, installing, or using the BrokenTelephone mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to create an account or use the App.
You may use the App as a guest without creating an account, or create an account using a valid email address and password, or by signing in with your Google account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
You may create and use more than one account. However, accounts must not be used to abuse, harass, or evade restrictions placed on another account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at horbachevskyiruslan@gmail.com.
The App allows you to create drawings and write text descriptions as part of collaborative game chains ("Content"). You retain ownership of the Content you create.
By submitting Content through the App, you grant Ruslan Horbachevskyi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and share your Content:
This license lasts until you delete your account. Note that Content that has been shared within a completed game chain may remain visible to other participants even after your account is deleted (see Privacy Policy, Section 8).
You are solely responsible for the Content you create. By submitting Content, you confirm that:

All elements of the App not created by users — including the app design, name, logo, game mechanics, code, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to Ruslan Horbachevskyi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
The App offers optional premium post designs that can be purchased with real money through Google Play's in-app billing system. These are one-time, non-consumable digital items — once purchased, a design is available for use on any future post you create with that account.
All payments are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card details. Prices are shown in your local currency and set at the time of purchase.
Purchase entitlements are tied to the Google Play account used to make the purchase, not to any specific App account. If you sign in to multiple App accounts (e.g., guest, email, or Google-linked accounts) using the same Google Play account on a device, purchased designs may be automatically restored and made available across those accounts.
Refunds are handled directly by Google Play in accordance with Google Play's own refund policies, not by us. To request a refund, use Google Play's order history (Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Budget and history). Once Google processes a refund, access to the purchased design is automatically removed from your account.

We are not obligated to notify you before taking action, though we will endeavor to do so when reasonable.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ruslan Horbachevskyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to your account, or harm caused by Content created by other users.
The App integrates third-party services including Supabase, Google Firebase, and Google Play Billing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable to your place of residence, to the extent permitted by law.
